This set of three (3) Wharfside Casino Premium License Cards can be used with Fleet as a substitute for the Fishermen's Pub. Once the Casino has been purchased, players may take one Crate from any Boat and place it on the Wharfside Casino. They then roll a die (the Fleet die if you have it!) and take the appropriate action: 1-3) Bust! Discard the gambled Crate of Fish from the game. 4) Win! +1 Crate of Fish. Keep the gambled Crate of Fish, and place one additional Crate of Fish from the Fish Crate supply onto the Casino license card. 5) Win! +2 Crate of Fish.
